Looks: Klaus is fairly tall, standing at 6'1, and is built rather thin, as he's never been much for athletics. His straight, dark hair is kept long and tied loosely in a ponytail, leaving a lot of strands hanging around his face. His skin is pale, due to all the time he spends indoors studying ( though that's soon to change ), and he wears a pair of thin-rimmed glasses, to compensate for his poor eyesight. He prefers softer, muted colours for his wardrobe, and is rarely seen without a book.

Personality: Klaus is, by nature, extremely easygoing. Gentle and kindhearted, he is rarely, if ever angry. Klaus is normally seen smiling; he was an extremely optimistic view on, well... just about everything. He prefers to avoid conflict, preferring to compromise rather than fight ( as well as being a bit of a pacifist )... though he isn't a doormat. He's the kind of person that genuinely enjoys helpping people, using what he knows to assist people that need it.

Klaus also enjoys reading, and never fails to appreciate a good book.

Background: Klaus was born to a fairly high-class family in Juno. This did not get to his head, however, and was an extremely gentle and kind boy. He grew up studying, dividing his time between his books and spending time with his sister, whom he adores. He was provided for very well, and shortly after his 13th birthday, he was sent to the Sage acacdemy, so he could continue his studies. due to his studious nature, he graduated from the academy with relative ease. ( Not to say it wasn't difficult, though! Those silly sages and their obscene studying requirements. ) After his graduation, though, he stayed on at the academy, picking up a job as a teacher and spending time researching as well. However, very recently, he was assigned to field studies to broaden his horizons ( so to speak )-- though he has extensive knowledge of things found in books, especially for his age, he lacks a lot of practical experience.

I am too lazy to write this out in paragraphs to have bullet points!

-Klaus and Althaea [burningquartz] are assigned to investigate Kiel Hyre.
-They discover HORRIBLE THINGS, namely that there had been experimentation on combining humans with monsters.
-One of these attacks them.
-This somehow leads to them absolving 15 years of sexual tension [?] and sleeping together.
-On a table.
-Because we kept rolling sixes.
-So anyway, they managed to connect this to one of the presidential candidates, Wolfgang [wolfgangforprez].
-And then they FLEE.
-So he hangs out with Rhaetia [laughingchaos] for a while in Al de Baran!
-And Althaea does some questionable things to keep her job.
-This leads to a breakup between them, or something, as Klaus CANNOT GET OVER THIS.
-He goes back to Juno and continues teaching !!
-Althaea then asked him to pay for Devin's [vo_o] tuition as she no longer could.
-This somehow turned into a fight, because Klaus fails it.
-... IS STILL TEACHING!!
